Shipping Information
- Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We ship within the United States via standard shipping carriers. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.
- Canadian Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of $40 to Canada. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
Returns & Shipping
Refunds / Credits
We will refund or credit the purchase price of your items, along with any applicable taxes. Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
- To process your refund, include the original invoice with your return.
Exchanges
If your order is incorrect, please contact our customer service team at 800-875-3111, and we will assist with the return or exchange process.
- For incomplete or damaged orders, we will replace the item at no additional shipping cost.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email panache@aromatique.com with the following information:
- Pictures of the damaged item(s) or packaging.
- Your order number.
We will issue a refund or send a replacement as necessary.

Fragrance intensity varies depending on the blend. For instance, The Smell of Christmas (citrus and cinnamon) is more intense than lighter florals like The Smell of Spring. Temperature, humidity, and light exposure can also affect fragrance strength.
+ How do I refresh Decorative Room Fragrance?
- Remove decorative botanicals and set aside.
- Place the remaining contents into a plastic bag, add Refresher Oil, and shake to distribute evenly. Let absorb before reassembling in a decorative bowl.
+ Are Aromatique candle wicks lead-free?
Yes, our wicks are lead-free and made in the USA with pure zinc cores for safety and quality performance.
For additional safety, keep products containing oils out of reach of children and pets. If accidental ingestion or skin contact occurs, contact your state's Poison Control Center.
